A. How It Works
-
- National Eliminations
Each DJ must perform a 3-minute qualifying routine and can submit in one of two ways:
Online Submission: Upload a recorded performance to your branch’s website.
Live Performance: Compete at a national event (check with your local DMC branch for details).
A panel of judges will select the Top 4-6 DJs to advance to the final round.
-
- National Finals
DJs perform a 12-minute solo showcase.
The winner is crowned DMC Open National Champion of their country.
-
- World Finals
Eliminations (if needed) / Seeding: DJs perform a 5-minute solo showcase, and judges select the Top 4-6 DJs to compete in the final round.
Finals: DJs perform a 12-minute solo showcase.
The National Champions and Wildcard Winner compete at the DMC Open World Final.
